Using the site

• The AI answers are meant to be funny. They can be wrong, so don't use them for medical, legal or financial decisions.
• Don't use the site to harass, insult or make claims about real people, or for hateful, sexual or harmful content. We refuse such questions and may remove links at any time.
• The site is provided as is. We may change it, limit it or switch it off without notice.

Buying the mug

• The price is shown at checkout in Danish kroner, including shipping and any applicable VAT.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• We ship to EU countries. Each mug is printed on demand by our production partner and usually arrives within 1–2 weeks.
• The contract is made when your payment goes through. Stripe emails you a receipt.

14-day right of withdrawal

• You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the mug, without giving a reason.
• To cancel, email grumpy-ai@wilbrandtworks.dk with your name, address and order date. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.
• Send the mug back within 14 days of telling us. You pay for the return shipping.
• We refund the full amount, including the original shipping, within 14 days of hearing from you, using the same payment method. We may wait until the mug is back with us.
• Return it in the condition you received it. If it has been used or damaged, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Withdrawal form: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods: [item], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: … Address: … Date: …"

Damaged or faulty mugs

You have a 2-year legal right to complain about defects. If your mug arrives broken or the print is wrong, email grumpy-ai@wilbrandtworks.dk with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

Buying a coffee

"Buy me a coffee" is a voluntary tip to keep the site running. You don't get a product or service for it, so there's no right of withdrawal. If you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll sort it out.

Complaints and law

Danish law applies. Your rights as a consumer in your own country are not affected. If we can't agree, you can complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk).
